1. Entry forms must be in the fair office as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, August 29^th.
2. Pigeon must be brought in Saturday, September 20^th by noon. Poultry & Waterfowl must be brought in Sunday, September 21^st from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
3. Poultry judging begins Sunday, September 21^st at 12 Noon.
4. Pigeon judging begins Saturday, September 20^th at 1:00 p.m.
5. Waterfowl will be judged as they are unloaded Sunday, September 21^st starting at 12 Noon.
6. Removal of exhibits will be between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. closing day of the fair and on Sunday, day after fair, from 9:00 a.m. to noon (THIS INCLUDES SOLD ANIMALS. NO EXCEPTIONS!) Otherwise premium will be forfeited. Management will not be responsible for animals left after this time.
7. ONLY animals exhibited will be allowed to be sold.
8. Limited two entries per class by each exhibitor.
9. Pen fee of 50 cents a bird must be sent with Entry Form.
10. The management reserves the right to determine whether an entry is worthy of exhibition.
11. Cash premiums will be given from the awards marked in the judge’s records and not from the ribbons that may be attached to the cages.
12. The fair reserves the right to limit the number of entries accepted to the number of cages available.
13. All chickens and turkeys need to show documentation of pullorum test. Waterfowl, pigeons and doves need not be tested.
14. The Show Management will use every precaution to safeguard all specimens against sickness or disease, however, the management will not be responsible for any specimens lost.
15. Exhibitors may not enter Poultry vaccinated for Infectious Laryngotracheitis (ILT). Refer to the MDA Health Requirements at the beginning of the Premium Book.
