Truck Pull Rules

Double hooks will be permitted depending on the amount of entries
Floating finishes for pull offs only
All vehicles must be driven in a safe manner on & off the track
Winners of any class are subject to being checked
If any truck found violating any rules, registration & payback will be forfeited
75 foot rule means; truck must make a valid attempt to stop before 75 foot mark
All trucks must have a safe hitch point
All trucks must go through inspection
All drivers must have a valid drivers license
Drives must be 16 with parental waiver signed
All trucks must have working brakes
ALL DRIVERS MUST WEAR HELMETS (must be approved by tech)
Fire suit for all drivers above stock build
Must have working fire extinguisher in cab
If the truck breaks down: THE DRIVER OR THE PULLING TEAM WILL HOOK TRUCK TO LOADER TO BE MOVED OFF TRACK. HILLSDALE COUNTY FAIR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO TRUCK
If you have to drop a class; drop before class starts and you will get your money back

Loss of anything from vehicle sucks as weights, parts
Loss of safety equipment or failure of safety equipment to function
Excessive loss of liquid or steady stream from vehicle
Illegal fuel
Any part of vehicle out of bounds – start to finish
Unsafe operation of any vehicle in pits or on the track. No ole shots or excessive speed
Intoxication of any driver or pit crew. Any alcohol odor on driver’s breath
Illegal equipment
Leaving the starting line under red flag
Un-sportsmanlike conduct
All of the above rules will be strongly enforced for your safety and others

Must be a small block (351m is a big block)
Must be pump gas 93 octane or less. No racing fuel, no alcohol, no E85
No nitrous, no bottles, no propane
Must have 2-inch travel on front and rear suspension
Must have factory wheel base
Hanging weights allowed 6500# Max
Tool boxes must be empty and fastened securely
Street legal tires (DOT approved), no cut tires
No ladders, bars or air bags
24-inch hook point height (top of hitch)
ONLY 1 of these 3 modifications are accepted in this class:
- Intake and carbureator
- Headers
- Camshaft
Must have u-joint covers and drive shaft loops. NO CHAINS OR STRAPS

Driveshaft loop to be rigid. NO CHAINS OR STRAPS
