Is there an auction on the south end every Saturday?

 

The sale runs year round with the exception of the Saturday before fair week and fair week.  For further information contact the Hillsdale Auction at 517-437-2424.

What are your office hours?

 

The fair office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Follow our Facebook page for Holiday hours and closures.

 

Do you have camping? 

Camping is available from April - October (subject to change)

Yes, we have many water & electric hook-ups and a limited number of full hookups available.  A sanitary station is available on site. For further information call the Fair Office at 517-437-3622.

 

Are the fairgrounds & facilities available for rental?

 

Yes.  Contact the Fair Office at 517-437-3622 for further information and availability, including the 4-H Kitchen/Building.

 

Do you have Winter Storage?

 

Yes, pricing is $10/ft with a minimum charge of $150.00.  Winter storage runs from late October through the last week of March. There is a waiting list for space, so call the fair office at 517-437-3622 to be added.

 

I have seen a dump station on the fairgrounds, is that free to use?

 

There is a $10.00 charge for non-campers to use the station. Please stop in the fair office during regular business hours to pay.

When is the fair?

 

A good way to remember is that the fair always starts the third Sunday after Labor Day Monday.

How do I rent commercial space during fair week?

 

Please fill out a Vendor Application which you can find on our website. This will place you on our waiting list.

 

Do you have wheelchairs available?

 

Wheelchairs and scooters may be available from an onsite vendor. We have a shuttle service available with stops located around the fairgrounds.

 

How do I rent camping space during fair week?

 

Camping space during fair week is limited to vendors, open class and 4-H exhibitors.  Contact the fair office @ 517-437-3622 if you have questions.
